Private Client Solicitor – Wills & Probate
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid Working Available)
One of Yorkshire’s leading law firms has a new opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join its respected and well-established Wills & Probate team in Sheffield. With an experienced group of Solicitors, Legal Executives and support staff already in place, this is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their career in a stable and forward-thinking environment.
Role Overview:
You’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters with full support, including:

* Drafting Wills and advising on inheritance tax and estate planning
* Administering estates from start to finish
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on Trust creation and administration
