Oliver Sanderson is partnered on a retained basis with a global FM business to appoint a General Manager to lead a significant multi-contract operation across Lincolnshire.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven operator with the ability to lead large-scale service delivery, drive profitability, develop high-performing teams and build exceptional client relationships.
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Director, you will hold full accountability for operational performance, P&L, health and safety, client satisfaction and business growth across a diverse portfolio of contracts.
You will:
* Lead multi-contract operations and service delivery.
* Own P&L performance and profitability.
* Build and develop high-performing teams.
* Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
* Drive compliance, health & safety and operational excellence.
* Deliver contract growth and service improvement.
* Lead mobilisation, transformation and change.
You will bring:
* Senior leadership experience within Grounds Maintenance, Environmental Services, FM, Utilities, Highways or similar sectors.
* Strong commercial and P&L management expertise.
* Experience managing complex, multi-site contracts.
* Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
* Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent operational and strategic capability.
* Sound health, safety and compliance knowledge.
* A hands-on leadership style focused on performance and growth.
