What will I do?
Responsible for all aspects of the reservations & event sales functions across 2 properties – DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon and Stratford Manor hotel; focusing on maximising bedroom, meeting & events revenue opportunities through both enquiries and confirmed bookings. Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.
Is this the role for me?
* Experience within a sales, account management or business development position
* Have worked in a hospitality environment would be preferred
* Strong people management
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Stakeholder management experience
* KPI and target driven
