This role involves working as a Campaign Coordinator in the PR, Events & Community team. Responsibilities include creating video and multi-channel content, assisting with publicity messaging, and handling administrative tasks to support campaigns related to revision, test practice, children's reading, and Early Years.
Key Accountabilities & Relationships:
* Support marketing teams with content planning, filming, and scheduling.
* Create digital assets for social media and update event brochures.
* Maintain the Oxford Education website by adding reviewer quotes, press releases, and updating web pages.
* Assist the trade marketing team with monthly reviewer mailings, including updating lists and managing postings.
* Oversee media monitoring and update the press coverage database.
* Support content filming at off-site events and coordinate applications for industry conferences, including booking stands and managing stock.
* Handle general administrative requests as needed.
We operate a hybrid working policy requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
