As a Business Development Manager in our Adult Skills (ASF) team, your primary responsibility will be to maximize contract performance. This includes generating learners and courses to meet targets at all times.
Please note that this opportunity is subject to contract win. You will be offered a July start date.
Your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Identify new business opportunities within adult skills, including partnerships with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners.
2. Develop and implement a business development strategy to meet revenue and learner recruitment targets.
3. Generate leads and secure starts for funded training programmes.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential stakeholders and partners.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of ASF programmes.
6. Attend networking events and conferences to promote the organisation.
7. Develop innovative approaches to attract learners.
8. Monitor and evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
9. Ensure all contracts and partnerships comply with relevant funding requirements and regulatory standards.
10. Stay updated on government policies and initiatives related to adult education and workforce development.
11. Promote courses on social media platforms.
12. Use the CRM system to accurately input learner details.
13. Ensure adherence to the Right Learner Right Programme approach.
