Role Overview
The role is focused on supporting clinical and non‑clinical systems such as OnBase, EDMS, EMIS, ICE, DMO and several other systems. As an Application Administrator, you will support users and colleagues with day‑to‑day system maintenance and administration, and assist with service improvement projects and standardisations. The Digital Services department is at the forefront of exciting challenges facing the Trust, particularly relating to the delivery of the Digital strategy to support the Trust vision and objectives. Working in this environment will provide the right candidate with valuable skills and experience to advance their career.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve service user requests and incidents.
* Support system maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
* Assist with administrative configuration of clinical systems and peripherals.
* Assist with testing of upgrades and updates to production systems.
* Maintain and enhance the existing Applications team Knowledge Base documentation and Wiki pages.
* Perform data entry and other administrative system tasks.
