Role Overview
A great opportunity has arisen to join the Knowsley Recovery Team as a B7 Practitioner to support our RESP Pathway in the role of Personality Disorder Link Worker.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Recovery MDT, Psychology and wider services to deliver assessments and specific psychological based interventions under NICE guidance to clients with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder.
* Provide individual 1‑1 and group work, promoting recovery and achieving best outcomes for clients under the RESP Pathway.
* Take a lead role in identifying and formulating service users’ needs, working with other professionals and agencies to help meet those needs and providing goal‑based interventions and support.
* Receive ongoing support, clinical supervision and access to specific in‑depth training to support professional development.
Qualifications
* B7 Practitioner with experience in working with Personality Disorder and delivering psychological interventions under NICE guidance.
* Experience of working within an MDT, providing assessments and group work.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous professional development.
