About the role:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role at the heart of the dealership – acting as the link between our customers and our workshop team. This is far more than just booking in vehicles; it’s about building strong, lasting relationships and delivering an outstanding customer journey from start to finish.
You’ll:
* Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs
* Keep customers informed throughout the process, managing expectations at every stage
* Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
* Ensure every customer leaves satisfied with the service they’ve received
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with targets and deadlines
* Ability to build relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service
Experience as a Service Advisor is advantageous but not essential – we’ll support the right person with full training and development.
