Working Hours: Minimum 48-hour sleep over shift per week
About the Client: Our client is currently pursuing a counselling course and would benefit from support. They have a passion for creative activities such as open mic nights, video games, and art. It would be ideal for someone with an interest in the creative side to support the client in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the client with daily routines, including health management and emotional care.
* Offer assistance with the client’s counselling course.
* Engage in creative activities with the client, such as open mic nights, video games, and art.
* Promote independence and provide guidance for personal development.
* Manage challenging behaviours and support the client’s overall well-being.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar support role, particularly with brain injury.
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
* Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work the required hours, including 48-hour shifts.
