Job Title: HR Shared Services Coordinator Location: Basingstoke Pay Rate: £13 per hour Contract: 3 Months (possibility of extension) Job Description Summary The HRSS Coordinator delivers a high-quality and consistent HR service to employees and managers. This includes timely and efficient HR, recruitment, and employee lifecycle administration support to HR colleagues, line managers, employees, and external candidates. The role ensures HR support is delivered within agreed parameters, enabling managers and employees to work effectively. Responsibilities are carried out in line with procedures, standards, and HRSS Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities Administer onboarding activities including drafting and sending letters and contracts, ensuring pre-employment checks are completed in line with SLAs and audit requirements. Conduct ongoing employment checks as required by the Senior HRSS Coordinator. Support payroll administration, including processing starters, leavers, changes, and incremental rises. Maintain accurate paper-based and electronic employee records. Manage photocopying, letter writing, data inputting, cleansing, archiving, and general HR administration. Ensure accurate data entry within the MyHR system. Action workflow requests in a timely and consistent manner.
