Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (school experience preferred)
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
