Customer Service Advisor (Inbound Calls)
Location: Perth (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, shifts between 8:30am-5:30pm)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing and dynamic contact centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring each interaction is managed efficiently, professionally, and with care.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer enquiries, providing a high standard of service at all times
* Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions
* Aim to resolve queries at the first point of contact
* Navigate internal systems to access and provide accurate information
* Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve overall service delivery

* Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence in using multiple IT systems simultaneously
