Vehicle Technician required in Brighton, East Sussex!
1. Basic Salary Up to £32,000 + Bonus
2. Franchised Main Dealer
3. Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 (Late shift rota 1 in 3)
4. Saturdays (1 in 3) 08:00 - 13:00
Our Client is part of a well-known Dealer group with 80 Years of trade experience, representing some of the well-known brands in the automotive sector.
Our client has a strong reputation within the market and great reputation within the local area. They have a large a successful service operation within a state of the art workshop and our looking to expand their team to keep up with demand.
They are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician with prior workshop experience and ideally qualified to level 3 or a minimum level 2 NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds or Equivalent.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician Technician with our Client
11. Carrying out vehicle services and repairs in accordance with brand technical standards.
12. Working in accordance with brand and dealership processes.
13. Liaising directly with customers where appropriate.
14. Providing support to less experienced colleagues.
15. Attending regular training to update technical skills.
16. Ensuring that the immediate working environment is kept clean and devoid of any working practice which may be hazardous to either themselves or others.
What our Client expects of their Vehicle Technicians
17. Relevant City & Guilds, IMI, BTEC or NVQ accreditation
18. Ideally previous work experience in a franchise dealership
19. Ability to work as part of a team.
20. Commitment to delivering first class customer service.
21. Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
