Project Co-ordinator – Construction Refurbishment\n West Northamptonshire \n Full-Time | Permanent\nSalary: Circa £28,000 plus company bonus\n \n Our well-established client in the construction refurbishment sector is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic business that delivers a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.\n \n The Role\n \n The Project Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects by working closely with the Project Managers and wider operations team. From coordinating labour and materials to maintaining schedules and client communication, this is a varied and rewarding position requiring exceptional organisational and time management skills.\n \n Key Duties & Responsibilities\n\nAssist with managing projects alongside Project Managers\nCoordinate and lead weekly pre-start meetings to ensure all labour and materials are in place\nManage the diaries for Project Managers across the North and South regions\nCreate and maintain project programmes using tools such as Simpro, Bolster, Microsoft Projects, and Excel\nEnsure regular system and database updates are completed accurately\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress\nProcess purchase orders and assist with material procurement\nProvide wider office admin support including training schedules and contract renewals \n The Ideal Candidate Will Have:\n\nSolid IT and Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel and project scheduling tools\nExperience using Simpro, Bolster, or similar project management/CRM systems (preferred)\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently\nA proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team\nClear communication skills and a client-focused mindset \n What’s On Offer\n\nCompetitive salary plus company bonus scheme\nA supportive team culture and positive working environment\nCareer development and training opportunities\nExposure to exciting refurbishment projects across a range of sectors
