We’re now recruiting for the class of 2026 and are looking for two Advertising Account Management Apprentices to join us. You’ll study a level 3 Standard apprenticeship, whilst learning on the job in our client services department.

Responsibilities
* Have contact with client, developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship with relevant contacts.
* Respond promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures.
* Work with an Account Manager to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and on budget.
* Issue and distribute regular ‘work in progress’ reports internally and externally.
* Issue contact reports for key meetings and telephone conversations.
* Develop an understanding of the client’s business.
Our Apprenticeships are open to anyone over the age of 18 who shares our passion for Creativity. For the Advertising Account Management Apprenticeship you must have a GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English and a desire to learn and develop a career in Account Management.

As our Apprentices will be studying a Level 3 Standard apprenticeship, we are unfortunately unable to consider Graduates with degrees in Marketing, PR or Advertising disciplines for the apprenticeship programme, due to course overlap.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Attention to detail, team working skills and the ability to work within an ever changing environment.
* Customer focussed – experience within customer facing roles would be advantageous
