Role Summary
Stratx is offering a 3-month paid Business Analyst Internship for motivated individuals based in Sheffield (Remote). This role is designed for students or recent graduates eager to gain experience in business analysis while working with startups. Interns will primarily assist with documentation, requirement tracking, and project support while receiving mentorship from experienced consultants.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements (BRDs, FRDs).
* Support consultants with daily project tasks for startup clients.
* Help track requirements and progress using Agile/Waterfall methods.
* Contribute to research and analysis that supports business recommendations.
* Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate outcomes.
* Learn best practices through structured mentorship.
Required Qualifications
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, IT, Management, or related field.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Interest in startups, consulting, and process improvement.
* Preferred: Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence or prior academic/project experience in business analysis.
