We are seeking a Paralegal to focus on Court of Protection work within our team. This rewarding role involves helping to change lives. The ideal candidate will have legal experience with Court of Protection matters, a passion for this work, and a good knowledge of the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* File opening administration
* Handling initial enquiries
* Sending routine correspondence
* Visiting clients and liaising with Deputies, Attorneys, or Representatives
* Managing clients' personal affairs
* Communicating with family members
* Data input, including bank statements, and maintaining records
* File closures
