Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Bracknell
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (September 2025 - January 2026)
Salary: GBP28,000 per annum (pro-rata)/ GBP14.35 per hour.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and approachable Temporary Warehouse Supervisor to support operations at their Bracknell site during a busy seasonal period.
In this hands-on supervisory role, you'll be working alongside the core team to ensure daily targets are met, overseeing up to three temporary team members per shift. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to stay organised and productive under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a small team of up to three temporary warehouse staff.
* Actively participate in order picking, packing, and basic manufacturing tasks.
* Monitor progress against daily targets, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Reassign tasks and adjust workloads to maintain efficient operations.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
* Foster a positive and team-focused workplace culture.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience supervising staff in a warehouse, production, or similar setting.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy.
* Confident in leading, guiding, and motivating a small team.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Basic computer literacy (full training provided on internal systems).

* Contract Length: Temporary (1 September 2025 - January 2026)
* Hours: September & October: Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm; November & December: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm
