What you’ll be doing:
* Mechanical design from stage 1-5 on new build and refurbishment schemes
* Site or office. Its up to you. Maybe you like crunching numbers or meeting clients. The strength of the team allows for flexibility
* Work with in house architects and surveyors
You will need to have:
* Building services design experience
* Good software skills
* Appreciation of the construction process
