IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to provide efficient and effective business support to internal and external customers for our client in Sheffield. Responsibilities * Support and contribute to Information Systems * Office administration * Support to meetings and events including note taking and/or recording action points (not complex minutes) * Purchase goods and services * Telephone, messages, mail, and personal callers * Advice and information * Contribute to effectiveness of the service area * Engage in a culture of continuous improvement across the service * Any other duties as required that fall within the scope and grade of the post Requirements for the role: * Experience working in a busy office environment * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) * Minute taking * Diary management * Able to work at a variety of work locations and away from the normal base * Level 2 qualification according to National Qualifications framework e.g. 5 GCSE grades A* - C including maths and English. NVQ2, BTEC, First Diplomas and Certificates or equivalent qualifications or experience, or willing to work towards this level. Hours & Pay: * Monday - Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm. * £12.60 Per Hour. * 37 hours a week
