Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of allocated cases from application through to completion.
* Manage the full lending process, ensuring all applications meet West One’s criteria.
* Prioritise and progress a pipeline of bridging cases, moving them swiftly and efficiently.
* Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
* Provide all necessary documentation once offers are made and oversee drawdown.
* Act with integrity, following TCF guidelines and responsible lending principles.
* Share expertise with colleagues and support the wider team when needed.
Skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with clear written and verbal ability.
* Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge & Qualifications
* Previous experience in underwriting bridging and/or development finance.
* Solid understanding of FCA regulations.
* CeMAP qualification desirable (not essential).
* Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
