The Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist will lead and manage a talented team of Educational Psychologists to deliver outstanding services to schools, and local communities.
Leadership Impact: Drive innovation, and operational excellence, and contribute strategically to the development of our EPS.
Community Focus: Uphold a culture of 'Putting Our Residents First' by delivering high-quality, person-centred services that meet children's and young people's needs.
Service Improvement: implement continuous monitoring of team and individual performance. Drive improvement initiatives and change programs using project management methodologies.
Collaborate closely with other managers to ensure a coordinated approach.
Deputy Principle Educational Psychologist Key Performance Indicators:
1. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
2. Showcase previous leadership or management experience in a multi-agency project or team.
3. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high ethical standards. Requirements:

5. Eligible for full membership of AEP, BPS, and HCPC registered.
