Salary £24,570 Car allowance £900 per year Average mileage - £250 per month Sleep ins 2 per week On call £17.50 per day, average 1 week a month. As a YouthSupportWorker you will be helping young people transition to independent living, duties include: Provideemotionaland practicalsupport, including out-of-hours on-call. Develop and reviewsupportplans, ensuring safeguarding and risk management. Help young people access education, training, and employment. Manage properties and liaise with other professionals. Supportour young people to developindependentliving skills to prepare them to live fullyindependently. What we’re looking for from you: Experience working with vulnerable young people, ideally care leavers. Ideally you would have at least 3 years experience of working in, and managingsharedsupportedhousing properties. Strong safeguarding knowledge and assessment skills. Ability to be resilient and empathetic when working with our young people. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
