We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to join our team in Singapore. This position requires a versatile and dynamic professional with at least three years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Experience in dermatology/ ophthalmology is advantageous, demonstrating an ability to adapt and succeed in different therapeutic areas.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Drive sales initiatives and achieve targets across multiple therapeutic domains.
* Forge robust relationships with a diverse healthcare professional network, including specialists and primary care providers.
* Deliver compelling and educational presentations on our product range, adapting to the specific needs of each therapeutic area.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and execution.
* Provide outstanding service and support to healthcare professionals, enhancing product trust and loyalty.
* Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to optimize promotional strategies and educational initiatives.
* Gather and analyze market intelligence to support business development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Stay updated with the latest clinical data and research to reinforce product knowledge and credibility.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Specification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
* Experience in dermatology/ ophthalmology is preferred, highlighting versatility across therapeutic areas.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with a diverse range of healthcare professionals.
