Join Our Team as a Supervisor Plus!
Are you ready to take on an exciting new role at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus position is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Reporting to the Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operational plans, making sure tasks are completed efficiently and that your team is in the right place at the right time. Your leadership will help us manage fluctuating guest demand while maintaining high operational standards.
Your Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Be hands-on in guiding your team to achieve key tasks and objectives.

Coaching: Support and develop your team to meet departmental targets, including upselling and promotions.

Audits: Take responsibility for CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits.

Guest Experience: Monitor and ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience in line with brand guidelines.
*
Feedback Management: Capture and act on guest feedback to enhance our services.
*
Communication Champion: Ensure effective communication between management and your team.
*
Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.
*
People Support: Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks.
Role Details
The Supervisor Plus will primarily focus on accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also flexibly support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will ensure that our guests receive an amazing experience every day!
Key Focus Areas
As part of the wider resort leadership team, you will also support operational excellence in our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
1. Food Safety Champion
* Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Ensure all team members follow correct procedures.
* Promote a culture where food safety is everyone's responsibility.
2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience
* Greet guests with a friendly, attentive welcome.
* Resolve guest queries promptly and professionally.
* Model exceptional service standards for your team.
3. Coaching & Developing the Team
* Provide on-shift coaching to build team confidence and capability.
* Support training for new starters.
* Encourage a positive team culture where everyone feels valued.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Completion of audits in accommodation and other departments.
* Team training compliance.
* Guest NPS & Feedback.
* Retail Spend and effective stock processes.
About You
* Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching.
* Strong attention to detail for audit activities.
* Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
* Proven ability to drive sales and promotions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
