Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team. The role is full-time, based in Maidenhead, with remote working available and open to relocation.
The ideal candidate will handle a range of commercial and residential property matters, or specialize solely in commercial property. We welcome confident, well-presented, friendly solicitors or legal executives with excellent communication skills.
The right candidate will have:
* A professional qualification (solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* At least 4 years of solid commercial property experience
* Excellent people skills and team spirit
* Good organizational, time management, and IT skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to adapt and work under pressure
* Exceptional client care and communication skills
* A strong billing history
* Interest in growing the property department and marketing
Experience working independently from home is essential if the role is primarily remote.
Despite current market conditions, our property work continues to grow, with anticipated increases in conveyancing cases over the next 6-12 months. The role involves working with property investors, commercial, and residential clients, with flexibility in duties.
Location options include remote, hybrid, or based at one of our four branch offices: Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, and Fordingbridge.
You will be part of a 27-member property team, divided into residential, commercial, property investor, and leasehold teams. Our property investor team is rapidly expanding, working with investors and developers across England and Wales.
Salary is competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
