What you will do:
* Provide strong leadership and operational management of safeguarding services, ensuring safe and effective practice.
* Oversee complex safeguarding cases, ensuring timely assessments, interventions, and decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks, including the Children Act 1989/2004 and safeguarding guidance.
* Supervise and support team members through regular supervision, performance management, and development.
