Tired of feeling like just another cog in the machine?
Here's your chance to join a close knit team where everyone has each other's backs and your ideas actually get heard. This company prides itself on being more like a family than a hierarchy, where apprentices, engineers and directors all pull together towards the same goal. If you're confident in your abilities but humble enough to help others along the way, you'll fit right in.
They're now looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to take projects from initial concept right through to commissioning, true cradle to grave engineering at its best. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with the Technical Director, collaborating to deliver high quality solutions every step of the way. You'll also be mentoring an apprentice, so someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others will feel right at home.

 * Mentor an apprentice and share knowledge and support others.
 * Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Technical Director to deliver high quality solutions.
 * Join a small business (about fifteen people) that designs and builds bespoke automation and control systems.
Qualifications
 * Experience as a Control Systems Engineer; design experience with AutoCAD Electrical; Eplan is a plus.
 * Strong PLC programming skills; preferred Mitsubishi; Siemens or Rockwell also acceptable.
 * Experience with robotics, servo motors, inverters, vision systems, or Kuka, Kawasaki and Mitsubishi robots is advantageous.
 * Willingness to learn and contribute in a small, collaborative environment.
Benefits
 * Salary up to £65,000 with flexible hours, hybrid working when needed, paid overtime and full sick pay.
 * Pension scheme and a development plan tailored to your personal progression.
If you're looking for an environment where you can make a real impact and be part of something that feels personal, this could be exactly what you've been waiting for.
