Sheridan Maine is looking for a highly motivated Audit Senior or Audit Manager to join an accountancy practice in northwest London. You will lead audits from planning through to completion, manage client relationships, and play an integral role in developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities as Audit Senior / Audit Manager:
Lead and manage statutory audits and other assurance engagements from planning through to final review.
Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high standards of audit quality and compliance.
Review working papers and audit files prepared by junior staff, providing clear feedback and guidance.
Ensure audits are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with firm standards.
Build strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact throughout the audit process.
Mentor and support the development of junior audit staff, including performance reviews and on-the-job training.
The Successful Audit Senior / Audit Manager Will Possess:
~ ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
~Excellent understanding of UK accounting standards and audit regulations.
~ Familiarity with audit software.
