Your role with us:
As a Strategic EA, you will act as a trusted liaison to The Royal Mint Executive team, providing proactive, efficient, and professional support to enhance their effectiveness and enable focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities include shaping board reports, managing complex calendars, leading key projects, and increasing executive visibility, playing a vital role in driving strategic success.
We are looking for people who have:
* Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant at Director level.
* Proven ability to prepare executive reports, presentations, and board papers.
* Excellent communication skills and command of English, with strong drafting abilities.
* Ability to research, analyze, and recommend actions based on complex information.
* Exceptional organizational skills, including managing international travel, diary coordination, and stakeholder communications.
* Proficiency in taking accurate meeting minutes, setting agendas, and handling confidential information discreetly.
