We are looking for a positive, proactive Team Assistant for our office in Queens Park. Preferably someone on Universal Credit, as we are enrolled on the kickstart scheme. Duties include: - Greeting visitors and contractors - Signing for deliveries and collection dockets - Sending out orders to clients and celebrity ambassadors - Packing boxes to send to clients - Providing hospitality for visitors / team (tea/coffee making) - General administration tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning - Weekly inventory checks of Company food supplies, stationery and bathroom supplies- ensuring all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary - Keeping kitchen clean - Working (and walking) our office dog – must like dogs - Assisting with social media - Helping with our photoshoots - Assisting at our events The office is located in the heart of Queens Park. Office hours 10-3pm Monday- Friday.
