About The Role
Arco has a fantastic opportunity for a part time Branch Sales Advisor to join our team, working from one of our sites near Reading. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service within our on‑site store. As the nature of the site requires security clearance, you must be able to gain clearance. This is a part‑time position, working 24 hours per week Monday to Thursday, covering our core hours of 9am‑3pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding levels of customer service
* Interact with customers, in store or on the phone, to promote our products and services
* Provide a great shopping environment ensuring our store is clean, tidy and presentable
* Process customer transactions and respond to enquiries using our bespoke IT software

Ideal Branch Sales Advisor
* Experience working face‑to‑face with customers, preferably in retail
* Understanding of what makes a great customer experience
* Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new software
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Ability to gain security clearance
