Business Development Manager│ Runcorn │ £35K - 45K DOE + Car Allowance│ Permanent
Due to growth our client is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team based at their modern offices in Runcorn. You will be responsible for developing and executing a new business strategy.
This role will focus purely a new business development; therefore, you will be confident generating your own leads, using various outreach techniques to new prospects and selling the company service lines to potential new customers.
Role Responsibilities:
· Managing your own sales pipeline
· Negotiating contract rates and issuing customer quotations, ensuring maximum profitability
· Developing relationships further, understanding your customers own goals and ensuring high customer satisfaction
· Conducting market research to identify opportunities
· Completing tender documentation, ensuring that you always adhere to compliance
· Ensuring the CRM is up to date, booking meetings in your diary and managing your own sales cycle
· Leading client sales meetings and presenting marketing materials as required
Skills Required:
· Background in Facilities/ Maintenance/ Construction/ Property/ Electrical
· Proven experience in business development sales
· Effective time management skills, with a proactive approach
· Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
· Full UK driving license required
