Are you an experienced Manager from a customer-focused or healthcare setting, looking for a new and rewarding challenge? Or are you a Dental Nurse or Receptionist ready to take the next step in your career? If so, we'd love to hear from you
At The Smiles Studio, we are a welcoming, family-owned (non-corporate) dental practice that has been caring for the local community in Lymington for over 15 years. We provide high-quality NHS and private dental care, with a loyal patient base and a dedicated, friendly team.
We offer a wide range of treatments, including Implants, SmileFast, Teeth Whitening, and Teeth Straightening — all in a supportive and modern environment.
We're now looking for a full-time Practice Manager to help lead our team and continue delivering outstanding service. You don't need specific experience in dental practice management — we welcome applicants with strong leadership and organisational skills, particularly those from healthcare, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused sectors. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. What matters most is your positive attitude, leadership ability, and commitment to creating a great experience for both patients and staff.
About the Role
As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting the team, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of care.

* Lead monthly team meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
* Support the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, in any industry
* A confident, proactive and approachable leader with excellent communication skills
* Someone who is calm under pressure and comfortable handling challenging situations
* Organised, reliable and detail-focused with excellent time management skills
* IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with dental software (SOE/Exact) is a bonus but not essential
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* A professional, polished appearance and strong commitment to patient care and service standards
* A team player who is willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues and create a memorable patient experience
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
