Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and professional PA and Office Manager to support two Co-CEOs while taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy, social and fast paced, ever changing 100-person office.
This position is ideally suited to an individual who has operated within an SME or start-up environment and is confident managing both office infrastructure and executive support in a fast-paced, evolving business.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide PA support to their two dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-CEOs, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation
\t
* Lead and manage all aspects of office operations for a 100-person team
\t
* Ensure the office environment is organised, fully resourced, and operating efficiently
\t
* Manage suppliers, facilities, and office budgets
\t
* Oversee health & safety, policies, and workplace standards
\t
* Coordinate internal events, team activities, and company-wide initiatives
\t
* Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth
\t
* Act as a central point of contact across the business
Candidate Profile
\t
* Strong experience in Office Management, alongside PA/EA support within an SME or start-up environment
\t
* Ideally degree educated or equivalent
\t
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
\t
* A confident, well-spoken communicator with a professional presence
\t
* Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
\t
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
\t
* A collaborative individual who enjoys being office-based and contributing to company culture
