The Opportunity You'll join a highly regarded Charities & Social Economy team advising charities, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations across the UK. The client base ranges from local community organisations to large national and international NGOs, as well as purpose-driven businesses. The team also works closely with private client, property and pensions colleagues, meaning the role offers genuine breadth and collaboration. You'll handle a varied commercial contracts caseload, including: Services supply contracts (including IT and technology arrangements) Sale and purchase of goods agreements Service level agreements Standard terms and conditions MOUs Collaboration, partnership and joint working agreements Intra-group/resource sharing arrangements Consultancy agreements NDAs and confidentiality agreements The team also regularly advises on: Grant and donation agreements (acting for funders and recipients) Procurement and subsidy control matters Data sharing and processing agreements Basic IP matters including trade mark licences and assignments The Culture This is a specialist firm with a genuinely distinctive ethos.
