Residential Property Paralegal — Central London
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Central London (fully office-based)
A well-established and highly regarded Central London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is ready to take ownership of their work within a supportive environment.
The Role
You will assist fee-earners and manage elements of your own caseload under supervision. Typical duties will include:
* Opening files and conducting client onboarding
* Handling SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
* Preparing contract packs, searches, reports and completion documents
* Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors
* Progressing straightforward matters independently
* Maintaining excellent file management and compliance
About You
We’re looking for an organised, confident individual who thrives in a busy property team. You will need:
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential conveyancing
* Experience managing your own caseload (with supervision where required)
* Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
* A proactive approach and readiness to take initiative
* The ability to work full-time in the office
