Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is confident in managing a wide range of tasks and supporting the smooth running of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the team and management
* Confidently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) to produce documents, reports, and presentations
* Manage and maintain office systems, records, and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Use SAGE for finance, invoicing, and record-keeping
* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Prepare correspondence, documentation, and reports as required
* Support the team with general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven administrative experience in a busy office environment
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes
* Experience with SAGE (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Professional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
