We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Hitchin.
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone with 2+ years of sales experience who’s eager to break into recruitment and grow into a 360 consultant — and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Start on a 180 model: You’ll focus on resourcing top talent for our live roles in the renewable energy sector.
* Work closely with our leadership team: Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced recruiters.
* Progress to a 360 role: Learn how to manage the full recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate placement.
* Build your career: We offer a clear, structured path to senior roles, with the potential to reach Director level.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience – confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
* A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
* Ambition to grow and succeed in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
* Based in or able to commute to Hitchin.
