Job Description
We are now recruiting for Fleet Administrators at our Appleton Thorn site to provide effective administrative support to the Transport Department and Fleet Manager.
Working Hours:Monday - Friday days 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: Up to£27,031 per annum DOE
Key duties of a Fleet Administrator:
1. Administration and data entry to maintain the Companys tachograph System
2. Monitoring and maintaining all maintenance records relating to the company fleet and Operator Licence undertaking
3. Daily validation of the department VOR/Service board and escalation of potential service slippage to the O Licence holder(s)
4. Inputting and monitoring drivers holidays and sickness absence, maintaining the TruTac system
5. Overseeing accuracy and completion of all defect and service records for storage in line with company standard
