Salary: Up to £27,000 (DOE)
Mon–Fri | Full-Time | Permanent
We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who leads from the front and takes pride in running a smooth, efficient operation. If you’re driven, motivated, and ready to build and support a high-performing team, this could be your next step.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep operations safe, organised, and on track — while helping push performance and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, motivate, and support the warehouse team
* Oversee all areas: inbound, outbound, cross-dock, pick & pack, and pallet dispatch
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant warehouse environment
* Drive team performance and meet daily KPIs
* Improve warehouse systems, processes, and workflows
* Support same-day delivery operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
* Experience supervising or leading a warehouse team
* Hands-on, confident, and proactive working style
* Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations & logistics
* Comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Flexibility to support AM shift when required
* Bonus: experience in a pallet network environment
