Monday - Friday
5.15am - 2.45pm
£13.68 per hour
The successful candidate's Main Duties and responsibilities:
*Evaluating production plans and setting up the production line accordingly.
*Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
*To check that all operations on the line are being carried out following specifications and standard working procedures.
*Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
*Identifying and resolving production line problems promptly.
*Performing recordkeeping tasks, including line throughput, efficiencies, and order planning.
*Training and supervising new production line workers.
*Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
*Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
*To provide routine progress updates and escalate areas of concern to the Production Manager.
*Undertaking training as instructed within Company training plans to develop skills applicable to specific functions.
*Adhering to the Company's Health and safety policy and showing a diligent approach to safety matters within the factory areas
