Your new roleAs a Junior Planner, you will manage routine planning applications from initial enquiry through to securing permissions.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and submitting planning applications inpliance with UK regulations.
2. Coordinating with sub-consultants such as heritage, ecology, and transport specialists.
3. Responding to queries from planning authorities and ensuring timely resolutions.

What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience: 12–24 months in a planning role (Essential).
8. Education: Degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or related discipline (Preferred).
