Are you experienced working in an Engineering Testing or R&D environment looking for a highly autonomous role where you will be invested in with full training within a specialist industry, playing a vital role in the development of a brand new State-of-the-art testing facility, where you will gain further career progression to become Head of the Testing department within a rapidly growing organisation?

This company are a specialist manufacturer who are pushing their industry forward with market leading products designed in-house and patented worldwide, with a focus on low emissions and environmentally friendly manufacturing. Due to expansion into a brand new state-of-the-art facility, they are looking for someone to join the team to help their new efforts to develop a wider range of cutting edge product ranges.
On offer is an autonomous role where you will be able to shape the department with future leadership opportunities, where you will be setting up and carrying out tests on specialist product in thermal controlled environments for the development of new products.
This role would suit someone who has worked in an engineering test environment or a similar role within the R&D process. Alternatively, candidates with experience in the HVAC industry who are looking for a change of career are also encouraged to apply.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:30pm
Setting up and running tests on new product ranges
Analysing data to assist the development process
Taking ownership of the department, with future progression opportunities to Head of Testing
The Person:
Experience in a testing or similar R&D or lab environment
Engineering or science background
