Job Summary:

The Data Analyst creates and submits AP files to the customer(s) for payment in line with SLA/KPIs and is responsible for interacting with customers and carriers relating to invoice processing to resolve any items which prevent completion. They escalate open items to Service Operations Manager to resolve with appropriate Calero finance resource.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure proper, timely and accurate invoice processing for assigned group of customers
2. Execute customer requirements for GL Coding and Cost Allocations
3. Identify if past due balances are the result of missing or misapplied payment
4. Resolve past due balance with customer(s), including confirmation of payment from the customer, bank clearance, vendor received and accurate application to account
5. Adhere to all required month-end processes and cut-off periods
6. Work with the carrier(s) to resolve billing disputes, manage and resolve disconnection notices
7. Validate that all batched invoices have completed payment information (Reverse AP Feed)
8. Ensure batch released and funding completion where applicable
9. Ensure payments are successfully made to carriers in line with Customer SLA
10. Manage and action all invoice alerts within the platform, creating tasks as appropriate
11. Submit and track system-based alerts disputes on behalf of the customer(s)
12. Link inventory information or tasks created from billing and provisioning details to support full inventory management
13. Manage MACD customer files
14. Work closely with Service Operations Manager to align with customer objectives and needs
15. Raise helpdesk tickets to resolve platform issues and follow through to completion
16. Perform all other duties as assigned, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, math or an analytical related field

Experience and Training:

* 2-3 years’ experience in accounting, finance or data entry roles preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
* Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

Technical Knowledge:

* Moderate problem-solving ability
* Ability to gather and interpret data to solve routine problems requiring verification
* Some independent judgment required
