Description
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.Prepare and submit VAT returns in a timely manner.Assist with payroll and related tasks.Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.Support the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.Respond to financial queries and provide relevant information as needed.
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper should have:
* A strong background in accounting and finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software Sage Line 50, Xero, Quickbooks.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* The ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Knowledge of VAT processes and payroll systems.
* A professional and methodical approach to work.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 (pro-rata).
* Working in the office for 3 or 4 days per week
