What You’ll Do:
* Take ownership of a diverse caseload from instruction to settlement or court hearing.
* Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients at every stage.
* Build strong relationships with trade unions and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
* Represent the team at networking events and union conferences.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with practising rights (2+ years PQE).
* Proven experience with workplace accident claims and personal injury litigation.
* Excellent client care, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Bonus: trade union experience and APIL membership.
