Job Description
Are you a dynamic designer with an innovative portfolio to match? Benoy’s Architecture team is seeking creative and experienced Architects and Architectural Designers to join them on a permanent basis.
As an Architect you manage mid-scale, or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail projects through all aspects of design and development.
What We’re Looking For
* Are you a talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases creativity and innovation skills?
* Are you a UK-qualified Architect, or do you have a minimum of two years of professional experience post-RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent)?
* Do you have experience of successfully delivering medium-large scale international projects?
* Do you have good hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts?
* Are you able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required?
* Are you a strong communicator who can effectively engage internal and external stakeholders?
* Do you have excellent 3D modelling skills and are proficient in Rhino?
* Are you proficient in Revit, with technical skills to support project delivery?
* Are you degree-qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification? Professional registration is preferred.

Design Expertise
* Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking.
Project Delivery
* Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
* Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills.
* Coordinate and manage third parties according to project requirements.
Team Membership
* Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
* Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
Client Relationships
* Collaborative and respond positively towards clients and consultants.
* Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.
Budget Control
* Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
