What You Will Be Doing
* Use technical, industrial, and interpersonal skills to ensure assigned project and business initiative programming deliverables are met on a team or portfolio level and within service and quality expectations.
* Provide technical oversight as required and mentoring and developing other members of the Clinical Data Science Programming team. Represent CDS programming team on cross-project or cross-department projects.
* Actively participate in internal meetings and provide constructive feedback to peers, team leads and managers, and functional management.
* Organise, create, and oversee the administration of training and mentoring for junior levels.
* Support knowledge sharing within the peer group through presentations and preparation of training materials.
* Development of materials for the bid defence process and client demonstrations.
* May act as a subject matter expert (SME) within a specific area of the team, and lead teams of other SMEs.
* Considered an expert in all areas of clinical data science programming for clinical trials.
Your Profile
* Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in data programming or clinical data science are advantageous.
* Extensive experience in clinical data programming, with a strong background in statistical analysis, data management, and programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.
* Proven ability to lead and manage programming teams, and develop data science solutions that support clinical research objectives.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in designing and implementing complex data analysis and visualization techniques.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present data insights to stakeholders.
