About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at SM92. As an end-to-end digital marketing agency with a growing presence in the USA, operating across specific niche markets, we specialise in generating high-quality marketing campaigns across multiple sectors.
As a Senior Account Manager at SM92, you will lead US client relationships and oversee the development and execution of high-impact digital marketing strategies. You will serve as a strategic partner to our US clients, driving campaign success, supporting long-term partnerships, and contributing to agency growth through leadership and innovation.
Responsibilities
· Partner with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, etc.) to craft and implement tailored digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
· Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into agency services and exceptional client experiences from the outset.
· Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted, long-lasting relationships with senior client stakeholders.
· Communicate client needs, expectations, and strategic objectives to internal teams, ensuring alignment and flawless execution.
· Analyse campaign performance data to optimise ROI, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximise service utilisation.
· Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise on client management, performance trends, and industry best practices.
· Contribute to agency thought leadership by identifying emerging digital marketing trends and integrating them into client strategies.
· Manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously, balancing strategic oversight with meticulous attention to detail.
· Represent the agency in client meetings, pitches, and industry events, reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
· Proven experience as an Account Manager and or Senior Account Manager in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
· Deep expertise in digital marketing principles, Paid Media strategies and a strong focus on lead generation, preferably in the healthcare industry.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· Advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot,, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
· Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
· A strategic mindset with a passion for driving client success, driving team collaboration, and contributing to agency growth.
· Experience mentoring or managing teams, with a commitment to developing talent and sharing knowledge.
